After order processing, it can take upto 8 to 15 working days to ship at your doorsteps depending on your location and customs.

Yes, we only partner with verified suppliers. The products we list are authentic and as described. However, it's important to note that we offer unique, trend-focused items, and the pictures are meant to represent the product accurately.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

My tracking hasn't updated in a while. What should I do?
International shipping can sometimes have delays in tracking updates, especially during transit between countries.
